This was my first visit to Southern California and the 1st time renting in the United States by internet. I spent a good deal of time searching, so thought I knew what to expect. However the service I got from VBR (Vacation Beach Rentals), from making the reservations to my arrival and the actual condo facilities, equipment and location of the condo itself far exceeding my expectations.
Normally I would have spent a few days purchasing and stocking up with all those things you have in your home but are never there when I check into a vacation rental – I didn’t have to buy anything except groceries and replace what we’d used. Absolutely everything you need for a family vacation was found somewhere in this condo.
Moonlight Beach is a stunning location and having direct beach access is a real luxury, our views were and are stunning. I have so many great memories- surfing with dolphins & pelicans and seeing my first “red tide”. The sunsets from the balcony are just fabulous.
It’s very quiet and private but only a short stroll from all of the facilities available in Main Street, Encinitas.
I’m going to return as soon as I can!
5 Stars!
The condo was very large and had a gorgeous view. It was very close to Moonlight beach, we all love. It’s within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Encinitas. I managed the stairs to get to it, even with a soft cast on my leg. We absolutely loved the condo and location. We’ve been coming to Encinitas for years.
We had been to Encinitas in February as well as the Joshua Tree National Forest and Desert Hot springs. We thought about a number of places to take the children during a fall break. We thought Encinitas would be the best place. Warm, sand, sea, surfing, great food etc! We didn’t want a hotel so we looked into Condos. We have friends in Encinitas so we wanted to be close to them. When we found the oceanfront condo near by, we thought that would be fantastic, beach, pool, ability to walk to the shops in Encinitas as well as close to so much in the area. The condo is very roomy. Kitchen stove top not for gourmet cooking. The master bedroom has a balcony with a table and a swinging chair. It over looks the pool and the sea. It was a great place to have our first cup of coffee. Access to the beach was convenient.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. 5 Stars for Service!!
