a short walk to Moonlight Beach and Downtown Encinitas, the patio
has a huge built-in Fire pit, Built-in Barbeque Grill, Chaise
Lounges, Patio Table and Chairs. Also includes use of the pool and jacuzzi at the adjacent property!! Interior features 3 huge
bedrooms, 3/5 baths, all of the amenities, Oceanfront Views from all
bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and dining room! Leather Dining
(seats 10) and Living Room, Large Flat Panel TV's (4), DVDs, CDs,
High Speed/Wireless Internet, Gourmet Kitchen with all high end
appliances, Luxurious linens, towels, all is supplied! Just bring
your personal items, food and beverages and you are all set- The
Master Bedroom features a separate shower and washroom area, a
whirlpool bath in a separate room, both overlooking the ocean which
can be viewed from the King Size (Tempur-Pedic mattresses) that all
bedrooms are equipped with, plus, one of the three bedrooms has a
set of bunk beds with high quality mattresses around a corner and
out of view of the king bed. The master also has a nook with desk
and chaise chair to relax while watching the wildlife, dolphins,
occasional whale or cruise ships pass by, or you can sit out on your
balcony to enjoy your coffee and newspaper with a little privacy
before joining in the family action downstairs! Bring a bottle of
champagne up in the evening for a little private time!
Heart of Encinitas where you can walk to shops, boutiques and great
restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Del Mar Race Track (or
leave the car, this is walking distance to the Coaster/Amtrak Train
Station). A surfer's paradise! Moonlight Beach has a full time
lifeguard, facilities, play lot, volleyball nets, fire pits, tables,
and summer concerts. Downtown Encinitas boasts being voted one of
the USA's most picturesque cities. Catch the local ambience as you
join the locals in sampling various cuisines, stroll the shops,
boutiques, galleries or ride the scenic Coaster for a jaunt to Old
Town or downtown San Diego. Golf in San Diego, and close by, less
than 5 minutes to Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, easy drive to La
Coast Resort and Torrey Pines Golf to the south.
Use of large free form Swimming Pool, eight-person jacuzzi spa, Striking
"Old World" Spanish architecture with very tropical grounds. This
gorgeous house, is next to a property with large condos, so if you
need more space for family or friends, see the Moonlight Beach
Condos. 2300 square ft condos on the adjacent
property, MB126, MB122, MB120 or MB130
right next door, (but not close enough to be
a noise factor) to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway Beach Business
District and is immediately proximate to the white sandy beaches of
Moonlight Beach with permanent lifeguard headquarters, a tennis
court, a tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public

Our Favorite Vacation Spot!!!
If you are looking for a beautiful beach house, look no further! My
family and I have stayed at this property for the past three summers
and will continue to return summer after summer. There are so many
things we love about this property! The home is beautifully
decorated, equipped with everything you will need, child friendly,
extremely well maintained, clean and in the best location ever! The
home sits atop a bluff with the most breathtaking views of the
pacific ocean. With direct beach access and the privacy of the
bluff, this property can't be beat! I highly recommend this vacation
home, you will not be disappointed!

We loved the property! We had a great time! ...by the end of the
week - we were completely in love with it! It worked out fabulously!
I am not sure how much in advance you take reservations - but we

I just want to thank the owner of this amazing property for
providing our family with the most wonderful vacation ever. We were
there for a week in
August. Our oldest child about to enter college we wanted to enjoy
what would possibly be our last August vacation together. We had
traveled to Kauai every year and decided to gamble on something
different. The homes location could not have been better. With the
ability to walk down the stairs to the beach, the children spent
endless hours together in the ocean. We used the boogey boards
provided every day. The home itself was luxurious, comfortable and
exceeded our expectations. I am looking to return again soon and

We had the opportunity to rent both properties as we had 12 guests
(2 Grandparents, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and the rest
adults -ages 84 to 7 years). The houses are situated right on the
bluff overlooking the ocean. They are up from the street (note:
there are a number of stairs to get to the front door so it's
something to consider if you have older guests or those who have
difficulty with stairs). Renting both houses allowed the families to
spread out and at the same time share in the lovely front garden (we
spent several evening of roasting marshmallows).
Each house has it's own flavor and design and all open on to the
beautiful patio and fire pit that overlooks the Pacific. A flight of
stairs leads down to the beach. All
the rooms are comfortable and the master bedrooms (there are
several) are large and well appointed! We fell in love with the Tempur-pedic bed
and had to purchase one upon our return.
It's easy to get down to
Moonlight beach for beach volleyball, playground and the large
beach. There are lot's of spaces for family and friends to gather
for meals, games or watching TV. There are large flat screens everywhere
(which is helpful during bowl season). The pictures on the site do
give you sense of what you'll experience, but nothing beats being
able to enjoy a visit. We recommended this to our friends who will
be
going this summer...and we are sure they too will have a
memorable time!

I cannot begin to explain what a wonderful time our family had
staying at this location. It was the first time we stayed somewhere
other than a hotel. This house was much more than we ever expected.
We felt like celebrities or some type of royalty. The house is in
amazing condition, decorated like something you would see in a
magazine, the appliances and kitchen supplies are fantastic, and the
televisions and internet were also wonderful. The view is simply
awesome. Everyone should be able to stay in a place like this at
sometime in their lives. We stayed 7 nights and it was painful
leaving. The pictures only show a very small portion of the many
other wonders of this house. Feel free to contact me and I'll be

Our stay in this Encinitas home was exquisite. The modern, plush
decor was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The gourmet
kitchen was FULLY stocked and a treat to cook in. As compared to
other high end homes we have rented, only this one had luxurious
sheets, plush towels, plenty of paper supplies, and laundry
supplies. The beach access was definitely key for our family of 5.
How nice to be able to walk right down to the quiet, clean beach.
Kids loved the hot tub and pool. The back patio and fire pit were
wonderful as well. Other residents were quiet and respectful. I
cannot think of a single thing that we did not absolutely love. In
fact, we are coming back to the same home next year. Thank you!!
