bedroom has city views, great morning sunshine, cable TV and phone, 
King bed, antique furnishings and 25 ft ceiling. Bedroom 3 has 2 
single sleigh beds, cable TV, a library, city views and 25 ft 
ceiling.
Parking is a private 2 car tandem garage, includes boogie board, 
surf boards, universal weight machine up to 200 lbs., and heavy bag 
for kick boxing. Additional parking for guest in the courtyard.

The ocean can be viewed from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. It has huge dual Master Suites, Each has a King Bed, a third bedroom has two single sleigh beds. Approximately 2100+ square feet of single level top floor space! The property is gated with both a pedestrian and vehicle security entrance, and if this one is booked for your dates, I have two more to offer, with different bed configurations. Each is unique, except they all share the oceanfront views across the pool and jacuzzi spa and a direct stair access to the beach.
